1. Jumps!

A.  10 Triple Jumps - rest 30-60 seconds between jumps.
B.  3 x 10 High Jumps     



2. Snatch 5,4,3,2,1


3. Min 1: Push Press @95
    Min 2: Row for calories
    Min 3: Toes to bar 
    Min 4: Dumbbell high pull 
    Min 5: Box Jumps
    Rest 1 minute

Repeat 3 times

Rest 2 minutes then find 2 min max burpees
