1. Snatch Ladder: Perform 1 Snatch at 50% of 1RM Max and Increase by 5% EMOM until failure.

Then: perform 4 x 3 at 82%


2. 15 Min Amrap:

10 Dumbbell Snatches 70, 45
12 Deadlifts 135, 95 
14 GHD's
