The WOD SHACK team will design your exercise program based on your goals, educate you on proper nutrition, and help you develop strategies for long term healthy lifestyle choices.  The 12 week program includes free video analysis of your movements and a WOD SHACK T-shirt! If you choose to sign up for PT, I will be available for any questions about anything! So ask away! All I ask is that you keep an open mind. Some of the things you will learn may challenge everything you've ever been taught.  I do not encourage the 4 week program because it takes a minimum of 4 weeks to see any permanent and serious progress.  If you are serious about taking your health and fitness to the next level sign up for the 12 week program and I'll get you started on a life-changing journey!
 
 
Individual PT Programs
 
4 Week Program $60
 
- Customized, goal specific programming, nutrition education, and a plan for the future.
 
12 Week Program $150
 
- 8 additional weeks of customized, goal specific programming, nutrition education, free WOD SHACK T-shirt, and a video analysis of your workouts.  Every additional 12 weeks you sign up for the rate will drop $10 dollars. you will undoubtedly get in the best shape of your life working with me over 12 weeks. If you follow the program and nutrition guidelines and do not make progress I will refund your purchase.
 
A typical personal trainer can charge up to $50 an hour and I've seen it as high as 200! Keep in mind, the average client meets with their trainer 2-3 times a week. That is a lot of money! Because this is all online, I am trying to be as fair as possible with you guys. Because my goal is not to break your bank, these are extremely reasonable prices for 100% exclusive online personal training.

Athletic Conditioning (for sport)
 
Strength: 9 Weeks $199
 
Conditioning: 9 Weeks $199 
 
Strength and Conditioning: 12 Weeks $350
 
Which one you should choose depends completely on your sport. For instance, football guys should sign up for two 9 weeks strength sessions and then a strength and conditioning session the summer before the season. It is harder to pack on muscle while being lean so we'll bulk you guys up in the winter months and turn you into machines a few months out. A serious cross country runner or endurance athlete would be best served by signing up for both strength and conditioning right away or just conditioning alone.  Too much muscle on those guys and gals can seriously harm their performance. 
 
To all aspiring athletes, I will do what I can to make this enjoyable, but if you want to be a top athlete you're going to earn it.
 
 
NOTES:
 
*Your rate will drop $10 for every person you refer to WOD SHACK online personal training that stays for at least 8 weeks. Your rate will drop immediately, but it will go back up if they do not stay. There is no cut off to how many people you can refer for personal training. If you signed up for the 12 week $250 dollar program and you so happened to get 25 people to sign up then you would not have to pay a penny! Personal training can really help change people's lives. If you know of someone that might not want to experience the face to face personal trainer-trainee relationship in a gym setting then send them here and they can do it all online!
 
*If a certain number of weeks does not work for your specific goal please contact me and we will try to find a solution.
 
*For all programs you must be in decent health with no existing medical conditions that could cause you problems during training. Minor conditions we can work with but severe asthma or broken ribs are very limiting and can get us both in trouble.
 
*For all programs you will need access to weights, 10 foot by 10 foot clear space, running shoes, water bottle, stopwatch, and access to treadmill or a park with trails. I strongly encourage you all to select a gym that caters to your goals. Do not sign up for Planet Fitness if you want to go to the NFL since their weights do not go over 70lbs. Also do not sign up for a barbell club if you just want to lose weight and really tone your muscles.

My name is Justin Green. I have been cross training for years. My background is primarily in weightlifting and sports conditioning as I played lacrosse, baseball, football, cross country, and soccer in my youth. I started training CrossFit a few years back and I have incorporated a lot of their ideas into my training and I am stronger and fitter than ever. I am currently studying and a few weeks out from taking my ACE Personal Trainer Exam. I wanted to take personal training to the next level so I signed up with ACE and I'm loving it even more now. I'm currently working with a handful of online clients and several that I train in a gym.  One of my newest clients (I won't disclose a name) lost 5lbs and 4.5 inches in two weeks following a moderate intensity program, and truth be told, she wasn't even doing half of what she was supposed to be doing. YES, that's what I'm saying my programming is just that good! I promise you that the weight will shed off of you and the muscles will be sprouting like daisies if you sign up with me today!
